When I came to Mistletoe Bay to restore a crumbling Colonial in the historical district, I thought my biggest problem would be the outdated plumbing or updating the electrical.
Turns out, it’s him.
Graham Whitlock—the town’s brooding historian and self-appointed guardian of Mistletoe Bay’s past. He’s made it his personal mission to stop me from “modernizing” this house, which apparently is some kind of sacred landmark.
He’s infuriating. Arrogant. Way too attached to architectural moldings.
And unfortunately… annoyingly attractive.
Between late nights, snowstorms, and one too many mugs of peppermint mochas, the tension between us starts to feel a lot less like rivalry and a lot more like something worth keeping.

Because maybe the town’s history isn’t the only thing worth preserving this Christmas. Maybe it’s the man who made me fall for it, too.
