It was the greatest one-night stand I could have asked for. We hooked up in Vegas, and our bodies matched so perfectly. We even did the crazy matching tattoos thing, but because we understood the rules of the game we never asked for last names or addresses. Then we boarded our planes and flew away with only memories of our night together.
Nine months later I had my little girl, but no regrets at all. I still thought it was the best night of my life and she was the most precious gift I’d ever received in my life.
Two and a half years later, my mother offered to look after my girl if I was ready to go back to work. I jumped at her offer, it was time for me to be able to afford nice things for the three of us.
Imagine my total shock when I turned for work, and there he was… my perfect one-night stand.
Oh nooooo! I really need this job and don’t want the complication of having slept with the boss.
