He was my boyfriend’s best friend—and the bane of my existence. I wanted to hate Luke Taylor. I did hate him. I just never hated him enough.
Now, a decade later, tragedy has brought us back to the place where it all happened—my best times, and my worst.
Our lives have changed, but that pull between us is just as strong as ever.
Only this time, it’s more dangerous too.

Lots of great Amazon reviews, but agree with below..it was so confusing at time. One chapter was now...then the next chapter was "then"..throughout the whole book. There were some things that were left out because of it and it felt rushed, but then took a while to read. Was an ok storyline though. The end made sense in a way, but it was confusing!

It got a little confusing at times woth the constant back and forth between past and present. And at times I got bored with it. But toward the end it got better. I did not like the female lead. She was a door mat to everybody, always sacrificing her happiness for everybody else. I couldn't understand why she was with Danny. She frustrated me. I almost stopped reading it several times because of her. The only one I liked was Luke.
