Every Halloween, Satan’s Affair will come to you. We travel the country, offering terrifying haunted houses, thrilling rides and the tastiest food.

And with every passing town, I cleanse this world, one execution at a time.

I hide within the walls, casting my judgement for those that reek of evil, singing lullabies to their rotting souls. Once you’ve been chosen, there’s no escaping my henchmen—they cater to my every desire.

You can run and you can hide, but it only excites me.
Come. Take a walk through my dollhouse, where your screams will blend and your cute little pleas will go unanswered.
But I can’t promise it’ll be over quickly…

Trigger Warning: This is a dark read that contains graphic violence, sex, and triggering situations.

This is a great book if you are part psycho like me. I love the journey it took me on and I read this after Haunting Adeline and was happy to know more. It made me feel like something is wrong with me for enjoying the book and then I realized I am just special. I am an official H.D Carlton fan and I have not yet read one of her books I don't like or rephrase love.

The pictographs was fab as always as was the plot. A short but good read. Yes, it is twisted...very much so. But, personally I think it was also the best kind of Justice that Sibby (fl) served to the sinners. Ik, ik, that it isn't legal to do what she did but sometimes evil and only be countered by evil especially if it is to restore the good. The had read Haunting Adeline before reading this so the appearance of Zade the world needs more men like you Meadows had my knees wearing the second time. I loved her psychosis and schizophrenia along with DID to have created her henchmen but also felt bad about the actual loneliness she had been through and was still going through. The only complain i had was with the ending when she supposedly killed the psychotherapist. Its unclear if she only hurts her or actually murders her to get away but I think it was unnecessary and I hope she didn't end her. Trigger warning: if you're even a slightest bit affected by blood, gore, murder, crime scenes, fight, brutality, torture, descriptions of decapitated body or organs, etc...don't read.
