Unique! I loved it! Just my style. I love stories about the mafia and their strong, not bred to cute bosses. 5 stars well deserved. I literally read it in 1 day. You damage in one breath and you don't want it to stop!!!! She is awesome! Neva writes beautifully and I continue there with the rest of the series.

Wished that there was a beter brother hond between Roman and Sergei. Or more interaction between the two. It’s was barely mentioned that they were half brothers. There was barely any brother connection or relationship between the two. And after reading Sergei’s book I wished it was mentioned how Roman felt about mowing he had a brother. Or at least that they both cared for each other. It felt more like Roman saw Sergei like a soldier and Sergei saw Roman as his Pakhan. Also it felt in this book as of Roman had given up on Sergei, he mentioned that Sergei was a lost case and only being his half brother kept him alive. Which is all kinds of fucked up.

But in Sergei’s book Roman was more involved and it felt as if he had not given up on Sergei. I just don’t know if it came from brotherly love or his responsibility of a pakhan. It felt to me like was a missed opportunity by the author. This does not take nothing away from Romans book. But had to mentioned it because it somehow bothered me after reading Sergei’s book.

Loved 🥰 it! They are so cute together. Roman was able to be himself with Nina. Able to share his insecurities when always thought not to. That shows that he trust and loved her. Nina was able to surpass her trauma and it’s because he loved he enough to respect her boundaries. I laughed at her attics and his responses to them. Was mad when she left after promising not to. But all-in-all I liked this story immensely.

Trash trash trash.... weak ass male lead and I don't mean the wheelchair.. weak ass female lead..for a mafia/bratva novel this was just a sappy romance novel.
The man is insecure half the book and the girl is just annoying.
