I moved to Hope Peak three months ago after being honorably discharged from the Army. It’s the only life I’ve ever known, having joined right out of high school. Now, fifteen years later, I feel like I’m starting all over again, but with no idea how to navigate life outside the military—until I see her through the window of the flower shop.
According to her business card, which I grabbed from the counter my first time in her flower shop, Where Hope Blossoms, Blossom Montgomery is a cute name for a cute woman—more like a gorgeous one with her thick thighs and curvy body that I’d love to get lost in.
But I’d actually have to say more than two words to her for that to happen. So, until then, I’ll continue to buy vase after vase of flowers from her until I work up the nerve. Or so I thought, until a surprise snowstorm on Valentine’s Day throws us together on a holiday made for love.
