The Bane Shifters honored their vow of isolation for a century until an unknown enemy breached Mt. Elysium and slaughtered their kind.
Leaving their mountain to seek vengeance, three Bane Shifters (Roque, Koda, and Delta) soon encountered three female warriors hiding a deadly secret. The Armgard had been reborn, crafted from the magic of a more violent ancient one.
Among them was Calla, a young warrior haunted by visions of Roque. Her secret lineage made them mortal enemies. Their mate bond made them a threat to the powers rising within their world.
