The problem with secrets is that they’re too easy to keep collecting.
Luna Allen has done some things she would rather no one ever know about. She also knows that, if she could go back in time, she wouldn’t change a single thing.
With three sisters she loves, a job she (mostly) adores, and a family built up of friends she’s made over the years, Luna figures everything has worked out the way it was supposed to.
But when one of those secrets involves the man who signs her paycheck, she can’t find it in her to regret it. Despite the fact that he’s not the friendliest man in the world. Or the most patient.
Sometimes there are things you’re better off keeping to yourself.

I really enjoyed the book, although I had mixed feelings about the characters. The male main character was great, but the female main character was somewhat annoying at first. However, as the story progressed, I started to relate to her. I would have loved to see more of their interactions, but the ending felt a bit rushed. Despite this, it was a nice book and I would recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was not a fan of the FMC, grow a fuckin spine !!! She lets everyone walk all over her, then constantly apologizes to them for it. It drove me insane. My least favorite book of this author.

Great book!! Very slow burn and significant age gap as well. Sometimes the MC was annoying in that she didn't stand up for herself and internalized stuff, but overall an excellent book.

Slowest of slow burns but incredibly worth it.

I especially loved that it was set in Texas and actually felt like the real Texas, not most people's idea of it. I felt like could know these people in real life. Except for the assholes.

This book is good. Great plot and everything but the FMC kept on repeating the same line. I got where she was coming from, but man it was so repetitive. Though liked the fact that she could kick someone's ass.

All her books are absolutely fantastic and this one is no different- 10/10

The only thing that grates me in this book is how horrid her sisters are (not inc Lily), it makes me so so angry because she deserves better than what she has and I wish she had the strength to cut them out of her life because they're leeches.
