Lucky Liv by Jamie Bennett
Lucky Liv?
Yes, Olivia Lassiter—just Liv to most people—has led a charmed life. She has a supportive family, fun friends, a job she enjoys, and a fiancé who’s crazy in love with her. She’s in love with him right back, and everything is great. It’s wonderful, right up until she steps onto a flight from Detroit to San Francisco.
Well…it’s true that before that flight, her fiancé may have dumped her. And before that, she may have forced him to get engaged and put an ugly ring on her finger. And maybe, her fiancé is not exactly what she had dreamed of, anyway.
So Liv has been leading a (mostly) charmed life, up until that flight when she gets the middle seat in between a snotty teenager and a giant. Yes, her seatmate is a virtual giant, and his name is Gabriel Hunt—just Hunt to most people. They’re supposed to ignore each other for a few hours, land, and then head off on their separate ways. Liv is going to fix everything with her fiancé, and the giant and the teenager? Who cares what those people will do?
Things don’t go as they were meant to, and the three strangers on that flight end up with their lives changed in ways that none of them could have expected. In fact, Liv’s charmed existence has broken into pieces, and she has to gather everything back together and start again. But her new life might include that stranger, that giant—her new life could be with Gabriel Hunt. It could be better than great…it could be the luckiest thing that ever happened.
