I tried. I honestly tried to read this. I just couldn't get past certain aspects of the storyline.

Taboo subject matter aside, it's just not a good book. The spice is meh, what you would expect for dom/humiliation kink writing. But the violence and characters are so comically overdone. The wedding night scene made me laugh, for the wrong reasons.
