Before he was “Big Texas,” he was “Zac the Snack Pack.”

Bianca Brannen knows time—mostly—heals all wounds. Including those your once loved ones might have unintentionally given you. (Those just take longer.)
She thinks she’s ready when a call has her walking back into her old friend’s life. Or at least as prepared as possible to see the starting quarterback in the National Football Organization. Before the lights, the fans, and the millions, he’d been a skinny kid with a heart of gold.
Waltzing out of Zac Travis’s life should be easy. Just as easy as he walked out of hers.

Liked this a lot. Peewee is one of her best FMC. Her FMCs tend to all let people walk all over them and have strained relationships with awful siblings. This one I'm glad to say was different.I love a good friends to lovers, second chance romance. Plus we got cameos of some of her other couples. Solid read.

It was good but the word 'kiddo' ruined the romantic aspect.

Couldn't finish it, liked the first 14 chapters but the rest was too annoying for me to continue. I felt a shift in the characters regressing in age. They didn't feel 27 and almost 35 anymore. And the reason they lost contact seemed really stupid to me, both could've said to Boogie "hey, ____ hasn't been responding to my messages is something going on?" And Zac is low key bad friend and family member. He goes on vacation instead of visiting his best friend on his birthday and who knows how long it's been since he saw his family since he didn't know Bianca was at his grandfather's party(?).
