Grand Prize Duke by Phoebe Buck

Ivy:
It was supposed to be a simple con.
I pretend to be the Duke’s fiancée and walk away with 100 thousand dollars to jump-start my life. All I had to do was spend one month in the English countryside playing duchess. It should have been a dream come true, but it’s hard to put on a happy face when your faux husband-to-be is a total asshole.
It’s even harder to do when his ruggedly handsome brother keeps popping up and making my whole body feel like it’s on fire. I should stay far away from him, collect my cash, and go, but there’s something about him that keeps drawing me back to the flame, like the stupid moth that I am.
But if I give in and let the fireworks between us ignite, I risk losing everything.

Ed:
We had an arrangement.
I take care of the estate and Billy gets the title.
Normally, I have no problem letting him show his ass, but I won’t let him take Ivy down with him. She’s beautiful and witty and nothing like his normal girlfriends, which should have tipped me off to the fact that he was planning something bigger than either of us could see.
Whatever is coming, I have to protect her. I just hope I can pay the price.
