Book 3 and Ash and Beth’s story. More angst in this relationship with the lost time being parted from their first love. Story felt rushed from the get go and it felt like it was rushing to put all the emotions of their past separation and the hidden child and throwing all the turmoil with the family history. Story was not given time to slowly develop and so it felt too cliche and add the daddy and daughter scenes it was a little too much. Nice HEA but was too trope and overdone.
