Her life for freedom. Her blood for love. Her soul for vengeance.
Ripped from a forgotten homeland as a child, Tisaanah learned how to survive with nothing but a sharp wit and a touch of magic. But the night she tries to buy her freedom, she barely escapes with her life.
Desperate to save the best friend she left behind, Tisaanah journeys to the Orders, the most powerful organizations of magic Wielders in the world. But to join their ranks, she must complete an apprenticeship with Maxantarius Farlione, a handsome and reclusive fire wielder who despises the Orders.
The Orders’ intentions are cryptic, and Tisaanah must prove herself under the threat of looming war. But even more dangerous are her growing feelings for Maxantarius. The bloody past he wants to forget may be the key to her future… or the downfall of them both.
But faced with dark bargains and darker magic, Tisaanah has already dealt herself into a deadly game.
Even the winners pay in blood.

I'm usually very picky about what I read when it comes to fantasy and magic. Most seem to overdo it and it becomes hard to focus on the story they wanted to tell. This book, however, was amazing. The world building and characters are phenomenal. The descriptions aren't overdone, and the author seems to have such a great grasp of their story and its readers. Anytime I started having questions, they seemed anticipated, and answers were already provided, delivered in clever ways that never seemed to interrupt the reading experience. It didn't take long after starting that I was hooked. I was up all night until I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. It has been a few years since I read the Red Queen series, but I kept coming back to it while reading. The leads and their desire to help were similar and aways left me excited, wondering what they'll think to do next. Every chapter's end left you wanting more. And the EMOTION. AHHH its great! The authors have your heart in the palm of their hands, but you can't even be mad about it. I didn't think I would find a series I liked as much as that, but this has proven me wrong. I was immersed in a completely different time and world for hours at a time. Super original and creative, not overdone or cheesy. Definitely recommend Daughter of No Worlds!

I'm on Chapter 1 and I can already tell that this will be a really good book. Parker Isles I agree. With this book It's so well detailed that I can actually feel the emotion pouring out. I found quite a handful of books, Erotica or not, that didn't have much feeling to be - well, felt! I'm not one to be bored so quickly, but that's how it would go. There was one book in particular on this site that would have me halfway through the story before I'd quit altogether because it starts losing feeling. I will say this though, you have - had ( depending on the time frame and or how far I have gotten. ) me engrossed on the very first chapter. ( I will admit, I was pretty iffy on wanting to read this when I was reading the description / book details. ) so, well done Author!

A surprising and refreshing delight compared to some of the trashy books on the site. There are some things I'd liked tweaked (I won't spoil decent books) but overall I'm satisfied. The characters had good motivations and well developed personalities.
