Alrighty trigger warnings since they aren't included. Possible spoilers, you've been warned. Emotional abuse, physical abuse, starvation, slavery, attempted SA, suicide, graphic violence, torture, genocide, death, and yet this was written really well. None of this read too heavy until, personally, the July 8th entry. The description doesn't do the book justice and the triggers should be mentioned, but its all mostly past trauma and is explained, but not in gruesome detail. Charlie's light hearted sarcasm goes a long way.
