My brothers and I grew up right here in Moonshine Ridge, running as wild as the mountains we live in. As an experienced part of the local volunteer rescue and recovery crew, I’ve recovered more than one vehicle that wasn’t equipped for the four by four trails that wind through the rugged landscape. But when I pull a terrified young woman from a river crossing gone wrong, I know I’ll never be able to let the curvy beauty go.
Hyacinth is new to more than the outdoors and when she trusts me to teach her about more than camping, I make sure she knows she’s mine forever.
