Breaking hearts was Leo Anderson’s forte, second to photography of course. A reputable photographer with the natural charm to lure a girl in bed, he’s living the best bachelor life that any guy would envy. But then on his older brother’s wedding, he bumps into the only girl who ever made the Casanova’s heart skip a beat.
Heartbreak changed Eleanor Black and she swore to her broken heart that she would never allow it to be shattered in pieces again. Hardened with the pain, she becomes a different version of herself for herself and for her son, Max. A respectable lawyer making a name for herself, she is driven to make sure that she can provide the best life for Max.
Just when they’re both leading different lives, they meet again. Will their love be given another chance or will the old heartbreak ruin whatever chance they once had?

I wanted to love it but it was lacking. Definitely could use some editing. I mean Massachusetts and Florida are states not countries. Also, it jumped from past to present to flashback and it took a moment or two to figure out where you were. The writing style just wasn’t for me. I also wasn’t a fan of the H. He came off a bit flakey and him not realizing it was his son from the start was poorly written for the character. Especially since the author had him pointing out key features that mirrored himself.
