MY SHIP WAS DESTROYED
Walking toward the nearest town, I see bonfires and hear humans singing. I wonder momentarily if I’ve time traveled into the past. Thankfully my hood covers my face, which is the tell-tale sign I’m not human. But I’ll have to find someone to help me to contact the Alliance Force. They don’t even know I’m on Earth. My mission was so secret that no one but the Empress knew.
I look around at the human faces. Who is the most trustworthy and open-minded among these humans? Then I see her illuminated by a light above her. The goddesses are guiding me to whom I must trust, and it doesn’t hurt that she’s an adorable human. I make my way through the crowd straight toward her.
BUT ADORABLE LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. WILL SHE HELP ME OR BETRAY ME?

She has a rigid, robotic writing style and sometimes as youread you get the feeling of wtf, who the hell reacts this or that way. But the world she has created is AWESOME if a bit morbid. I think some of the alliance series books are written under different pen-names, because they share the same world but are not to be found under "nilsson". The elegance of writing, playfulness of language is soooo faaaar from excellence and enjoyment but to enjoy the language theres always Jane Austen. This book is a good example of why writers need editors. Especially writers writing in their second language because here you can feel clearly the author uses the english words but essentially writes in another language. Swedish perhaps? Alma, you are doing great, really. Because there are loads of american authors here who do not have an original story and cant even spell for shit. Michele Mills is painful to read and that author Hawkes who wrote about Novans, omfg.
