Take My Hand by P.W. Davies

Their last encounter with the Wolfen folk left Shawn and Edwin not only shaken, but bound together as mates. When a ‘happily ever after’ lasts for the rest of your life, then making things official might be redundant. But that doesn’t stop Shawn from wanting it anyway.
The problem is, the Wolfen have specific rules for how this sort of thing works. When an old friend of Edwin’s comes to remind them of that, it won’t be as simple as picking a day for the happy ceremony. In order to get what he wants, Shawn might have to accept something he doesn’t, which is a difficult pill to swallow.
The question is whether he will, in order to truly get his happy forever with Edwin.
