I didn't like Amanda's character only in one aspect, she got over him so quickly and even started dating another man for all her talks of loving him and being in "despair"
Spoiler Warning! I dont like Amanda tbh, to be such a contradiction, regardless of the consequences, way say it then as ur principles if ur not willing to actually be a frank honest & an independent woman. So fast in using another to cover up her problem. Devlin stand corrected, she was a coward. Devlin had more love for her to work things out while she so ready to disregard him aside.
Amen sister. I didn't like her much either. She was a bitch at several points in the novel.

I love every one of Kleypas historical heroes, and Jack i fell in love with, with every being of my heart. His dark past,strong and honest character and the incredible way he loved the heroine just made me cry. I want a man to love ME that way!!!!!(
