When I graduated from the Omega Academy, I had options.
Sure, as a Class-B Fertile, I’d never get top dollar from our local alpha packs, but I was the next best option after all the Class-A omegas were claimed.
Until someone else let Dad name his price.
As an omega, I always expected to be bought and sold—but not like this.
Not to a shifter breeding facility.
The men in charge want to save the tigers. With their wilder halves almost extinct, tiger shifters aren’t far behind, and the fate of their species is in my hands.
Apparently.
It’s absurd. It’s insulting.
But it’s my new reality.
A reality I suffer with two unbonded alpha tiger shifters who hate sharing territory—but who hate being treated like animals even more. While Luther is suspicious of me from the start, Oryn quickly takes me under his wing and shares the key to our survival.
No touching.
No mating.
No knotting.
Abstinence is resistance.
It’s worked for them before, but I’m the first omega ever forced into heat and thrown to the beasts. After years of refusing to breed with anyone, I’m the perfumed pawn sent to break these two kings.
So, we fight.
We resist.
But our captors have all the power, and no matter how hard we ignore the call, it’s only a matter of time before instinct takes over…
And we surrender to the roles we were born to play.

A small piece inside me died while reading this. I had to skip like 3 or 4 chapters to the end, because it kept getting worse and I wanted to stop crying.

BEWARE! be mentally prepared to suffer.

It’s good. Watson a damn good writer. The build up was insane, and the story is painful to read only because the reader finds it easy to connect to all three main characters. So we end up sharing their pain. But as great as the build up was, the end was a let down. There was no peak, just a quick end, a quick solution that you could tell was the only thing the writer could come up with. Her descriptions are fantastic. I like her writing, however she gets a little too explanatory. The plot would be progressing smoothly and she would interrupt it to explain that omegas do this, or feel that strongly, or need this, and the same for alphas. Often times trivial information that aren’t exactly necessary for the plot. What bothers me most, is the lack of logic at times. Out of all the things the female lead asked her nurse for in that prison, she never thought to ask for a hair brush? Yet the writer kept pointing out how tangled it was and how much it bothered her? She asked for a king-size mattress, lotions, beer..l yet a hairbrush was somehow far fetched? Also, the chapter they dove into the face stuff was random and connected the nothing. She could have done away with that whole thing.
