Eve Kinsley was devastated when Cole Carter walked away from her two years ago to go to the gold fields of northwest Montana. She has her pick from many suitors, but instead spends her time and energy helping those in need. This takes her to a newcomer’s home to care for two elderly sisters. To her shock, she discovers it is Cole’s home. Even worse, those feelings she thought were dead spring to life again.
Cole Carter had loved Eve, but knew she wouldn’t choose him over her family. When she arrives to help with his mother and aunt, he is forced to accept her help temporarily. Only she is even more beautiful and desirable then she was two years ago and brings light and joy to his home.
