Practice for Toby by Amy Bellows

Omega gentoo penguin shifters are supposed to be quiet, modest, and subservient. Felix is none of those things. Every time he mouths off to his teachers, they warn him no alpha will ever want a rebel like him.
But Felix has a plan. He found a romance novel with the secret details about what happens between an alpha and omega behind closed doors. He figures if he can become good at it before his Pebble Gifting Season, he’ll be able to win over at least one alpha.
He asks his best friend Toby to practice with him. Toby is an omega too, so it’s fine if they kiss or do the other things mentioned in the romance novel.
Or that’s what Felix tells himself. Even when Toby’s kisses are so wonderful, they make Felix dread the Pebble Gifting Season they’re both practicing for.
