An ice dragon who will make you melt…
As a scientist, Talia Reed is used to things just making sense. So when a large sample of ice sent to her lab happens to be carrying a centuries-old Siberian man who claims to be the lord of winter, everything in her life is turned upside down. Alek’s tall, handsome, protective…and totally shouldn’t be alive. But somehow, even though he’s the one who was frozen, she’s the one who’s beginning to warm up.
Alek, lord of winter, has huge gaps in his memory and no ability to access the ice dragon powers that made him a force to be feared. But he does know he always goes after what he wants with the force of a winter storm, and right now that’s scientist Talia Reed, the tiny human woman who awakened him. His heart has been drawn to her from the moment they met, and he isn’t going to let anything, past or present, stand in the way of claiming her for his own.
As Alek and Talia spend time together, things get steamy enough to melt snow. But Talia is torn about having feelings for a scientific sample, and Alek is trying to figure out the key to unlocking his powers to rule the modern world. And in the meantime, secrets are lurking beneath the ice of Alek’s past, threatening to break through and destroy everything he holds dear.
