Large And In Charge was about Kelsey (last name never given) and Logan Montgomery. This was a quick, hot story full of innuendos, lust, spicy dom/sub play, and a touch of intrigue. While Kelsey and Logan do a lot of dancing around each other, the sexual tension built at a rapid pace. While they didn't fall into bed at first sight, the lustful back-and-forth teasing was fun to read and watch play out until the final culmination of their combined desires. There were a few other women-wannabes, but there was one in particular that seemed to think she had unlimited rights to Logan, and she intended to be the only woman in his life. It made for an added twist to the insta-love story. Although each of the main characters had a child of their own, those two were rarely in the scenes since the author focused more on the romance than the family dynamic. It would have been nice to see a little more of the kids, but they were definitely in the story more than most of its genre. Usually these insta-love stories end with a HEA, but this one only ended with a HFN instead. Although the MMC hinted at a life-long relationship, that's all that was done...hinted, so it left the reader wanting more but not getting it. For such a short story (only 11 chapters), it was a decent book. However, since I usually read for a full-blown HEA and didn't get it here, I only gave it a 3.5-star rating, rounded down to three. I just felt cheated. But that's just me.
