They weren’t kidding when they say life can change in the blink of an eye.
One moment, I think I have it all. My men. Happiness. Friends. Family. And the next, my whole life comes crashing down around me.
Betrayal like I’ve never felt before consumes me.
A heartbreak so gut-wrenching it hurts to breathe.
How am I supposed to keep going when I feel like I’ve lost pieces of my heart?
But I have people depending on me. I owe it to them to at least try.
After a summer of sorrow and melancholy, we make our way back to Solidarity Academy for another year of hell.
Because, for the most part, that’s what my life has been since I first stepped foot on this campus. So why should this year be any different?
Missi is out to get me, and taking my man wasn’t good enough. She’s not going to stop until it’s my blood on her hands, and my body at her feet.
She must be even more delusional than we thought if she thinks I’ll be going down without a fight. I haven’t yet, and I don’t plan on starting now.
Only, as time goes by, and secrets are revealed. It has me second guessing everything I thought I knew.
Maybe things aren’t as they appear?
As things start to unravel, and the demons expose themselves for who they truly are, I begin to believe that maybe, just maybe, we might come out on top for once.
For now, I’m going to do my finest to survive one day at a time, and just hope for the best.
I know one thing for sure, I’m not going to let anyone take anything else from me. I plan to hold ‘em tight, and never let go.
