Nicholas Barrett, vendor coordinator and bear show celebrity, only wanted to forget about the biggest tragedy of his life as he suffered through the days performing as a trained bear, and trying to sell his garish shiny costumes to the unknowing patrons. When Zoe Miller and her son set up shop right across from him, he gets more than he bargained for.
As the two compete for the hearts and wallets of the guests who browse their shops, they are brought together in more ways than one by an unfortunate mishap which leads directly to possible tragedy, and a growing evil that exists around them.
