My brother’s best friend broke my heart.

Five years later, he owns my workplace—and I’m pregnant with his baby.

Logan Matthews was my first love. My secret. My heartbreak.

When he walked away, I spent years trying—and failing—to forget him.

Finally, I escaped my family’s expectations, rebuilding my life far away.

Until Logan bought the company.

He’s richer, cockier, and more infuriating than ever.

I refuse to let him in—until one reckless night changes everything.

Now, Logan wants to claim me and rewrite our past.

But I’m not the girl he left behind—and my brother can never know.

Incredibly frustrating book. Everything was fucking dramatic when it didn't need to be. It didn't actually make sense and there was no closure to explain Logans thoughts of worthlessness. Yes he thought it because of upbringing but her parents never saw him as that so it was entirely self inflicted and something he didn't seemly grow out of even as an adult. They were toxic and brought out the worst of their characters. They kept on getting along and then separating and the ending was confusing when they got back together because it felt like the seven other times they got back together. She mentioned that everyone was making choices for her and he ended up buying a house without her input but ended up accepting it with no argument??? This book gave me a headache trying to understand them. 0/5 stars
