Earl of Westcliff, one of the first books in the Wicked Earls' Club series (it is also Book 2 on The Braydens' series), was about the Earl of Westcliff Tynan Brayden, another well-known rake of London, and Abigail Croft, who is the sister of Baron Peter Croft (aka Lord Whitpool). Tynan saved Abby from some ruffians one night and realized she was needing some help saving her brother. Tynan offered to help in any way he could. While Tynan helped Abby with her brother's issues, they both began to fall in love. There was a subtle chemistry between them and a slow-burning passion. There wasn't a lot of drama, angst, or humor, but since it was such a short story, it was well worth the read. This book will also have a place with the other Keeper for the Shelves books and novellas.
