Why God? The child is possibly 18 months old. Maybe. They have her reciting an entire grace. Mimicry? I hate it. Leave the kids out of the storyline or, at the very least, make it believable.
Stop giving dialogue to toddlers. Please. Please. This shit destroys to story and kicks me out of flow.
