Life on the road is no place to raise a baby. Dumpy, roadside motels and convenience store food is the life of a road band. A wife with a baby would be a distraction, a hindrance, a burden.
Zoey loves Zeke too much to stand in the way of his dreams. She needs to do something, anything, so she flees to Faithful Falls, where she seeks shelter with her cousin.
Heartbroken and confused, Zeke postpones his band’s tour. Determined to find his wife, Zeke finds more than he expected, more than he ever realized he needs.
