Nexxa is the daughter of the legendary Alexis and Nabvan; one of the first human and Milisarian couples on Milisaria. Alexis is a great scientist, having taken the race out of the dark ages, and Nabvan was a great warrior, training those ready to join the ranks of the knights. Nexxa should have felt proud, but instead, she just felt self-conscious, like she would never fit in. Against her parents’ wishes, she tries out a new matchmaking system, meant to match a willing Milisarian with a human mate.
