No, he’ll give her all of him, just not his heart. So what is the point? Why enjoy a brief period happiness just to be left in the dust for a fitter, prettier version of herself?
Is spending what little time she has with Dillan, pining after him truly worth the heartache it’ll cause?
Probably not though she’ll likely do it anyway.
