Demming has been on a decades-long personal mission to right the wrongs done to his family. He has zero time for anything or anyone else, especially not the son of the man responsible for stealing away his father’s company.
Hart doesn’t get why Demming hates him. He also doesn’t understand why he’s so interested in learning more about the other man at all. But when he finds himself in a bind, Demming is who he calls. And when he’s alone, Demming is who he wants at his side.
