Paranormal Romantic Comedy

Ella’s always heard voices and because of them, she ends up institutionalized at a young age. Everyone calls her crazy and she believes she is too until the night she meets a vampire and for the first time in her life, the voices shut up.

Zane just wants to enjoy his usual blood buffet, instead he runs into a wisp of a woman who makes him feel emotions he thought long dead. Rescuing her from the insane asylum, he brings her home, determined to seduce and feed from her, a plan that is foiled by ghostly voices determined to keep Ella untouched. But not even poltergeists can stand in the way of a vampire in love.

👻📖🖤🩸🧛🏻Cute, touch suspense, the “attic” people/voices are amusing but love their protectiveness, interesting plot, I quite enjoyed it💋

Of the books ive read by this author I'd have to say this one was the worst. I dont mean to say its a bad book its just comparatively poor her other works. The plot is good, characters are nice, story was entertaining. The only real problems I had was I found it lacking, being more of a short story I expected it not to be very in-depth, but based on the plot it would have benefited from being a longer or full length novel. Also the typical editor's errors and the fact that it was narrated in third person but would randomly have sentences or blurbs of first person. Kind of indifferent about this book. I don't regret reading it but also would have probably been better off it I hadn't.
