August:
I was imperfect.
A flawed creation.

I have never wanted a flower for myself…until I met Lilac.

Lilac:
I don’t know where I am, or how long I’ve been here.
All I know is that I am not a flower in their garden, no matter what he tells me.
I am a weed, creeping up through the soil, invading their precious flowerbeds.
I need to escape before the nurseryman turns me into fertilizer and there is nothing left of who I used to be.
August is my way out.
But can I reach him before April chooses me for the next harvest?
