Boardroom Vows by Nicole Fox

I just woke up, snowed in at a remote cabin…
… with the grumpiest man alive…
… and there’s only one bed.
I’m a Manhattan girl. My natural habitat is brunch followed by a Pilates class.
So tracking a feral, gun-toting recluse up a mountain in a blizzard?
Not my preferred way to spend an afternoon.
Knocking myself unconscious twenty feet from his cabin?
Somehow, that was worse.
Now, I’m snowed in with Afon Satyrin.
He’s an ex-Bratva fixer.
Six-plus feet of flannel, scar tissue, and emotional unavailability.
He’s also a billionaire, though he couldn’t care less about money.
He has no interest in answering my questions.
But I didn’t claw my way up this mountain to leave without the truth.
Every time I push too hard, he stalks off to chop wood like the world’s grumpiest Hallmark villain…
Yet every time I’m actually in danger, he’s the first one to the rescue.
He keeps telling me to go home.
His hands, however, are saying something else.
There’s one bed.
The snow won’t stop.
And the longer I’m trapped up here, the harder it gets to remember whether I’m supposed to be scared of him…
… or falling for him.
