He was supposed to kill me. I had done the unthinkable. I called the cops on him, on his family, but he let me live. We became friends, and then… we fell in love.

It's a good read👌I don't know what year this book was written but I have to disagree with "America is the greatest and richest country in the world" 🤔🙄.

It was a good book, a little anticlimactic at the end tho. I loved the chemistry between them.

Wow. I wasn't expecting to like this one but I loved it! It has suspense and a story in it. I couldn't put it down. I loved the slow build of the main characters relationship and I love how the main female character is smart and strong! I also love that the main male character lives a strong female.

I LOVED IT.💖💖💖😍😍 It wasn't like the other mafia boks that was so deep in killing and illegal stuff. This one was actually legit.. I also loved how Lucy grew to get use to Asher and love him. And how the author made Asher be more vulnerable because certain times male characters are portrayed as closed off.
