This is a reissue of Able-Bodied, revised, repackaged, and retitled! Because strong, sexy alpha heroes never go out of style…
Nowhere to run…
Targeted by a corrupt cop who wants to shut down her new-age shop and put her out of business, Hannah Hartwell flees Boston to the rural coast of North Carolina, hoping for a fresh start. Little does she know, she inadvertently took something that belongs to him, and he’ll stop at nothing—even murder—to get it back.
Nowhere to hide…
Ransom Bennett, a Delta Force Operator, just wants to get healthy enough to return to active duty. But his tantalizing new neighbor is testing his composure. She’s hiding something, and as much as he tells himself he doesn’t care, he can’t help exposing her secrets. The last thing he needs is to get involved in Hannah’s problems, but her courage and vulnerability awakens the protector in him.
With a killer closing in, can he earn Hannah’s trust before it’s too late? Because this time, he’s laying his life and his heart on the line.

Loved it and the chemistry between Ran and Hannah was hot. The round up of Sully and his threats was anti climatic and a bit flat it needed to be fleshed out more. Like the inclusion of Ran’s team and would like to see more of the team. Ending felt rushed and needed more in the epilogue. Good story and could easily had more added.
