“An all-new standalone hate-to-love, arranged marriage romance with a TWIST from Lylah James.”

“Once upon a time…”

Hate consumed him.
Love wrecked me.
That night changed both our lives, turning our beginning into something toxic. We were poison together and there was no antidote.

Our story began like any other fairy tale ended.
With a beautiful wedding.
One kiss.
Two rings.
Three vows.
Killian Spencer became my lawfully wedded husband and I, his dutiful wife.

But he was no Prince Charming. He didn’t come to save me… and he vowed there would be no happily ever after.
And me?

Just like the legends I’d read as a little girl, I always thought I’d be the princess in my fairy tale.
Well, I was the villain of our love story.

“Till death do us part…”

I loved the parts where they lived in castle at first. What about ragna and Cerberus didn't get to see their ending!? If you finished it with their ending also it would have been wholesome

Arghhh I didn't like this and I really really wanted to after seeing some good reviews :( First of all the female main character, hated her by the end. She lies, tricks, manipulates and then puts on this whole woe-is-me hate myself act to get pity, but continues to lie and keep secrets...? Male character I did like at first, but for all his bravado and spite still just rolls over and accepts he's been treated like rubbish. It was erratic emotions too forced and constantly repeated and by the end I was sick of reading endless complaining especially by her who was the cause of all her own problems anyway. Oh and he's a virgin, fair enough, but after a couple times suddenly expertly knows how to perform to sexually 'redeem' her in certain ways? Just didn't add up for me any of it sorry!

Same thoughts. The story is a mess by the end. In the beginning it is perfect but by the end nothing makes sense and the writing is stretched. The female character is really hatable and manipulative, yet the writer portrayed her as naive and someone who should be forgiven for being a crybaby 24/7
