Honorary Sanderson brother, Marco Abrams, reunites with Ryder Thompson in a “second chance for the ages” as Marco sees it.

Marco, best friend of Matthew Sanderson, broke off a whirlwind New York City relationship with Ryder at the top of the Empire State Building before returning home to Madison, Wisconsin. When he finds out Ryder will be headed to Wisconsin a year later, he sees it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rekindle the romance.
Ryder, meanwhile, has fallen for Jack, a handsome ferryboat captain while visiting his family’s cottage on Garfield Island, a rocky outpost in Lake Michigan. He is looking forward to seeing Marco again, but only as friends.
