Things aren’t going well for Roy. After finding someone that he considers to be a mother to him, a short illness has taken her and he’s currently struggling with what to do with her club. Biker Bobby might have been like a mother to him, but The Missing Beards was also her baby. The only queer biker club in the entire state, The Missing Beards is Biker Bobby’s legacy and Roy wants to keep it standing.

Bobby’s ex-wife, however, doesn’t agree with that. She wants to sell the property and forget about The Missing Beards. The worst part of it is that Roy might not have any legal recourse.
As if that wasn’t hard enough, someone literally takes a chunk out of the wall of The Missing Beards. Roy should, in theory, be furious. Then the biker responsible for that hole takes off his helmet and reveals his face to Roy. In front of him, there’s the most beautiful man Roy has ever seen.

What he doesn’t expect is that this gorgeous man is also perhaps the kindest person he has ever met and he might just be the right man to change Roy’s life forever. There’s just one little problem—Roy has to let him first. And he has absolutely nothing to offer Jez, not while things with the club are being worked out.
But Roy doesn’t know how long Jez will wait for him. And while Jez may be kind, that doesn’t mean that he’s always going to stay interested.
