This book... Its a serious one... its unlike anything I have ever read in romantic genre.... I can't call this book an emotional rollercoaster because this book goes way beyond... I couldn't find any light in this book, other than when they were kids. The trigger warnings.. they should be taken very seriously because this book it leaves you bear. For me, this one wrenched my heart out of my chest, stomped all over it, and then didn't even put it back in. If you are looking for not just dark but a book where you can't even read the half of it because of the tears blurring your vision, its for you. Even after everything, the nights I spent crying over only thinking about what all the things that the protagonists went through, it was worth it. Because even after every tear that I shed, I loved each character. I want thank both the authors for writing such a great book. I hope that not either of you went through the same. I appreciate you opening my eyes about not only this harsh reality but also the sparks of light through all the darkness.
