“Remember,” he whispers in my ear. “You chose this.”
I did what any good daughter would do when a hitman came knocking on her father’s door.
I offered my body in-exchange for his life.
I’d do whatever he wanted for one night.
I’d bend. I’d bruise. I’d bleed.
I’d do anything to pay off my family’s debt.
I was never supposed to ache for his rough touch.
To lose myself in his midnight blue eyes.
To fall for him.
It was only one night, or so I thought.
When he returned the next night, he wasn’t there to claim my father’s life anymore.
He came to claim mine.
Author’s Note: This book was previously published as The Hitman’s Dancer. It has been revised for new readers, including extended and deleted scenes for old readers to enjoy.

Started out really good, lost steam half way through. Good author, just don't think she knew how to wrap it up.
