Kiwi Washington’s one night in Paris left her pregnant, but she had no idea the man of the evening was about to become her boss.

Giorgio Morgan created a global brand of men’s suits that earns higher prestige until his half sister starts her own fashion company. He’s determined to stop the American interlopers and the women’s fashion empire being formed, but when he flies to Miami, he instantly recognizes the head shoe designer as a previous one night stand.
Kiwi Washington left her high-paying accounting job to follow her shoe passion. Leaving her safety net of security to follow her dreams of creativity took all she had, and she absolutely wasn’t looking for romance. But she’s forced out of her comfort zone when her boss mergers with her one night stand.
With Kiwi clearly carrying his child, Giorgio will merge with the company and take what’s his. But can the two bridge their very different worlds…or will their differences keep them apart?

This story is an odd duck and a Billionaire love story with tons of family drama only found in the House of Morgan.

That misstep has made me hypercritical. She has made Kiwi a freaking disaster. Thank God this is her only Black main character, because baybay...

Shared from my notes: blunderer, a snitch, and too highly invested in these people at the expense of her own relationship issues. She's hateful. Nosy-ass busybody.

I hit 49% and had to call it quits. She's awful.

I mean really? She's a college graduate a CPA, ex-CEO, and a shoe designer. She met him while in Paris for Fashion week. And she doesn't know which fork to use? It's a wrap for me with this author. I don't care how great her other stories are. Obviously, the white and Hispanic women and men know which fork to use.

How is it that in this day and age the Black woman doesn't know her table settings? The assumption is that the other ladies, white and Hispanic are well versed in table etiquette but this woman, the only Black woman who has grown up middle class and well-schooled by her mother does not. Explain this to me. Please.

We're in a new age where we all know the stereotypes that are rife with ignorance and have been debunked. Black women are the largest demographic of college graduates and moving into all industries and stratosphere. Don't play us cheap. Do better.
