They’ve killed us Rhedd’s, and we’ve killed them back. But for as long as I’ve been alive, they’ve stayed out of our end of the forest.
But now the eyes that have followed me since my favorite brother was killed are watching me more frequently, Granny is acting dodgy, and Dad’s hellbent on curfew. Tension is mounting, and I get the feeling secrets are piling up. Sweet baby mermaid, I hope we all live through my birthday.
