This was tiktok recommended, so thought I'd give it a try. Pretty sure there are 3 books and this is the first one. However, there is a lot going on to keep up with. 7 brothers to one set of parents, then the girl cousin comes to live with them. Again, it's a lot to keep up with and it irritated me somewhat. Then....the cliffhanger.
