I want what she’s selling.
The co-owner of my tech company wants to have an auction.
And he’s not talking about one to raise money for a charity.
He used to attend exclusive events in San Francisco.
Where billionaires would bid on the chance to win women’s hearts.
Those don’t exist in this small Idaho town where we re-located.
So he’s desperate to find a place to host a satellite auction.
And he thinks he’s found it at the Love in Bloom flower shop.
I think I’ve found the perfect woman, in the florist who works there.
My heart pounds as I see her walking around selling flowers.
I’m determined to convince her to host the auction and participate in it.
She has a strong motivation, since she wants to buy the flower shop.
But she also wants to be an independent woman, free of commitment.
She’s a lot younger and less experienced than I am.
She thinks she can host the auction without knowing what she’s getting into.
I, on the other hand, am used to these auctions.
But I’m not used to wanting to be tied down in a relationship.
Am I in over my head with the little florist?
Because my heart wants her more than I’ve wanted anyone.
