Miriam:
Juerin wasn’t a comfortable planet in any sense of the word, but its uncomfortable nature quickly turns lethal on the heels of an assault on our base by strange, invisible creatures.
Now I was stranded in a desert, alone with invisible enemies abound and with no way out.
The only reason that I was still alive was because of my savior, a seven-foot-tall stack of muscle, claws, and horns.
His savage gaze turns to me as soon as he finishes off my enemies, and my heart can’t help but flutter upon glancing over that scarred, rugged body.
Will he help me get revenge? Will he keep me safe?
And why does he look at me with such hunger?

Jino:
My race is near extinction and my skills as a warrior are now in service of shadowed criminals and warlords. When I am offered a handsome fee for an assassination on the world of Juerin, I readily accept.
Now with this little human female at my feet begging for aid, my quest becomes much more complicated.
She is curvy.
Soft.
Perfect.
I know that the hope of my race lies with her.
I will avenge her comrades and slaughter her enemies.
And she will submit to me and carry the legacy of my people.
