read the summary, heck nah. "The last time that I could be touched without flinching was five years ago, when my brother tried to burn me alive"?! dawg what.

Since I read the other books first, I expected more from this book. But the guy from the cover is so beautiful. 😍

Avocado in my throat was said a little too much and the shy girl was dragged out far too much but understandable for the Daddy and Little scenario. There was chemistry between Ethan and Sophia but was dragged out for too long and was exhausting. Too much baby and daddy talk and the pacifier was a little over the top. For those that love Daddy Little romances it has its appeal. I would have liked more of the bad guys chasing Sophia to add more thrills but it was just played out in the background and more in the last chapters to bring some closure to the plot. Liked the family inclusion but wanted more interaction with them all. Love Callie she was fun and added some quirky funny moments. Sophia’s parents were a real piece of work and standing up to them took a lot of effort and she finally grew a backbone. Nice ending but wanted an epilogue. Callie story coming next interesting to see what her romance would be about.

I liked❣️❣️ The surprising revelation at the end of this 1st book only accelerated my search for the 2nd and 3rd books of the series to know the entire story and not be left "hanging" without finding the continuation. Like any reader, I hate incomplete series, and even more so when the book is really good. I hate not knowing what happened. Saving Ascara is a well-told story, with a believable, beautiful, attractive and dangerous dystopian world, with sparks of humor and good vibes. I recommend it to anyone who comes to this page🤓👍🏽

A Ryan Regret, another short story about the Ryan brothers and their shared wife, Jessie, was focused on Shane and Jessie.

Shane wanted to spend some alone time with his shared wife, Jessie, at their lake house. While they were traveling, Jessie had her hand on his thigh and Shane commented that she couldn't go twelve hours without a spicy scene. She made him a bet that she could outlast him, a bet which he took but soon regretted when he remembered they were going away together so they could spend two spicy days together.

Both teased each other, but who won the bet? Who teased the other enough to make him or her cave to desire? Who used any means necessary to win the bet? Read this very short story (only 37 pages) and find out. It was a fun read. It was another short story that earned a five-star rating.

Not her best. Too much fluff for me. I got board about two-thirds in and skipped to the end. Meh.
